This is your formal commitment that your student plans on attending camp this summer. The Student Ministry at Green Level will be initially covering each student’s deposit however if your student becomes unable to attend after registration has been completed (December 28 2022) you may be responsible for covering the deposit amount of $75 per student. Please note this is not the camp registration form. You will receive at a later date both the camp registration form and Green Level Baptist Church Student Ministry Student waiver.
