Please indicate below how you would like to be involved in our Wednesday evening programs this year. If you are open to serving in multiple areas, check each box where you would be willing to serve. Being flexible allows our Level Up team to put you in a place where the need is greatest. 

Each time commitment indicated includes set-up time. Please confirm that you can be here on time and for the duration before you commit to serve in a specific role. 

Additionally, we will offer an adult Bible study, training, and prayer time (6:25-7:10pm) each Wednesday to help guide and support you in addition to the time you spend with the kids.

Level Up Role Descriptions:

Welcome/Child Check-In (5:25-6:15pm) - Welcome families and get children checked into the computer. Distribute name tag lanyards.

Pre-K Teacher/Assistant (6:20-7:35pm) - Lead our preschoolers through their curriculum in the pre-school area. The curriculum includes Bible stories, songs, teaching memory verses, crafts, and prayer time.

Team Leader (6:20pm-7:35pm) - Collect kids from Games and Recreation and bring them to the sanctuary for Welcome. Manage children getting from one location to another. Manage lesson folders each week adding new materials. Serve as a mentor if needed. 

Mentor (7:15-7:35pm) - Assist kids in learning the week's Bible verse. Lead discussion about the verse and Bible story. Initiate and guide a prayer time. *Mentors also attend a Bible study and training time (6:25-7:10pm) each week to prepare them for their role. Lessons and supplemental materials will be provided to help mentors. 

Game Time Leader (5:45-6:20pm) - Set up games and activities for your age group. Facilitate gameplay and oversee child safety. *Game Time Leaders will be given ideas, direction, supplies, and equipment. As a Game Time Leader you will be free to serve as a mentor and/or attend the Mentor or Parent Bible study.
